TopClicks ("we", "us") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

2. What data do we collect?

• Contact and booking data: name, email address, phone number, company name and any message content you provide through a contact form or demo booking (via our Cal.com integration).
• Website and analytics data: via cookies and pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Analytics 4 we collect anonymised usage statistics and campaign performance, only after your consent via the cookie banner.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and approximate location (region level).

3. Purposes of processing

• Getting in touch following a demo booking or enquiry.
• Delivering and improving our services.
• Measuring and optimising our marketing campaigns.
• Meeting legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (cookies/marketing), performance of a contract (service delivery) and/or our legitimate interest (improving the website).

5. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with processors who help us deliver our services, such as Cal.com (appointments), Meta and Google (analytics and advertising). Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

We don't keep personal data any longer than necessary for the purposes above or than the law requires. Contact details from a demo enquiry are kept for a maximum of 24 months in principle.

7. Cookies

Our site uses functional cookies and, with your consent, marketing and analytics cookies from Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4. You can change your choice at any time by reopening the cookie banner (clear localStorage) or by removing cookies in your browser.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and the right to object to processing. Email siska@topclicks.nl to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss or unlawful processing.
